• Free and paid subscription tiers

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Free accounts receive limited daily message allowances and access to core features. Usage limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spread misinformation or propaganda
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute AI responses commercially without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may:

• Contain inaccuracies or errors
• Not reflect current events or recent information
• Be incomplete or require verification

6.2 No Professional Advice

AI responses do not constitute professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for:

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Always verify information before making important decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you input. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Paid subscribers may use AI-generated content for commercial purposes. Free users may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
