2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe may collect and store payment credentials in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

• Firebase (Google) - for authentication and database services
• Stripe - for payment processing
• Groq - AI processing (messages are sent for AI responses)

These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. AI Processing

Your chat messages are sent to AI model providers (currently Groq) to generate responses. We do not use your personal chat data to train AI models. Conversations are processed in real-time and are not retained by the AI provider for training purposes.

• Chat history: Retained until you delete it or delete your account
• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of your data
• Delete - Delete your chat history or entire account
• Export - Download your data in JSON format
• Correct - Update your profile information

You can exercise these rights from your Settings page.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication via Firebase
• Regular security audits
• Limited employee access to user data

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for:

• Authentication session management
